The Library Relations Associate will provide lead development and inside sales support to the Senior Library Consultant through the development of qualified leads that result in opportunities. The Library Relations Associate will build rapport with contacts through phone calls and emails in an effort to understand where the prospect is in the buying cycle. This position will work closely with the Senior Library Consultant to ensure that the opportunities provided are qualified correctly and progressing through the sales funnel.

Duties/Job Responsibilities:

● Accelerate the lead qualification process

● Manage the opportunity development process on leads generated in consultation with the Senior Library Consultant, including qualifying leads and holding initial conversations.

● Perform outbound calls and email campaigns to book and confirm qualified meetings for the Senior Library Consultant

● Perform outbound prospecting to supplement the Senior Library Consultant's direct efforts

● Provide first-line response to inbound leads through website, website questions/inquiries, and outreach email campaigns

● Monthly outreach to current customers to engage in new projects, assist in driving usage of current subscriptions, and maintaining overall health of account

● Diligently and meticulously log all activities and notes in Salesforce in a timely manner

Skills and Qualifications:

● Minimum of three years' experience in sales, online marketing, account management, or customer facing role

● Ability to understand, appreciate, and articulate BibiloLabs mission and strategy.

● Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time and resources effectively

● Superior pre-call planning, opportunity qualification and objection handling skills

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

● Superlative writing, editing, and proofreading skills

● Experience with CRM solutions such as

● Strong passion for testing, measuring, and improving marketing campaign effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in an academic institution, research library, or public library

● Experience supporting senior leaders to advance strategic goals

● Relevant experience in library sales, membership organizations or non-profits is highly desirable
